Finance Administrator
with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our Finance team in
Coventry
. This role is a
9-month fixed term contract full-time position
, working
37 hours
per week, and offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will receive a salary of
28,899 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist and support the Finance Team and the Financial Controller to deliver an efficient finance
and administrative service by:
Preparation and input Journals on to the General Ledger.
Assisting with reconciliation of control accounts to the General Ledger.
Maintenance of purchase order processing in line with budgets and delegated authority.
Input of invoices, expenses claims and credit notes into the Purchase Ledger.
Check invoices and expenses claims are correctly authorised and in line with the budgets and delegated authority.
Preparation and reconciliation of bank accounts on a weekly and monthly basis
To undertake other tasks as may be reasonably required from time to time.
