We are looking for a Finance Administrator to become part of our community. In this role, you will support our Finance Team with daily financial tasks and contribute to the wider life of our office. It is a role that combines accuracy and attention to detail with teamwork and a spirit of collaboration.
What the role involves
- Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions
- Supporting the team with data entry and processing in Xero
- Preparing payments, invoices and expenses
- Producing monthly reports and supporting department budgets
- Assisting with contracts and general administrative tasks
- Helping with wider office duties including answering the phone, note-taking at meetings and maintaining a welcoming office environment
This role is based at our main office, where you will be part of a friendly and supportive team.
What we are looking for

Experience with financial systems is helpful but not essential. We will provide training during your induction.
