to join our team. In this role, you will support the finance department by managing daily accounting and financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and helping maintain the financial health of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, expense claims, etc.)
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve finance-related queries
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the finance team
Requirements:
Proven experience in a finance or accounting administrative role
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
