Location:

Mick George Head Office - Huntingdon

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Role Purpose



A finance administrator supports the finance team by assisting with data entry, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and performing routine administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Responsibilities:



Match supplier invoices to the relevant GRN's received and request missing GRN's as necessary

Receive and receipt GRN's onto the system and liaise with site staff to resolve any discrepancies

Process supplier invoices onto the finance system

Prepare and distribute invoices to senior management for authorisation

Take invoices off hold once authorised

Monitor and resolve unallocated supplier payments

Reconcile supplier statements, request missing documents and resolve discrepancies

Maintain department mailbox and respond to enquires

Liaise with suppliers and the contracting team regarding invoice queries

Archive documents once authorised

Adhoc tasks within the department as required

Key Skills:



Computer literate- Good Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.

Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed.

A meticulous nature. Accurate and diligent in all data entry and reporting

Self-motivated and intuitive, with sound judgement and the ability to make decisions using own initiative.
