Job Title: Finance Administrator



Location: Leeds LS28 5QS



Salary: 12.60 per hour



Job Type: 20 - 25 hours per week



Fixed Term Contract





You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced finance department, where you will play a key role in supporting the credit control function of our team together with general financial administration.

The Role:





This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining administrative accuracy with interpersonal communication, and who thrives in a role where organisation and relationship management go hand in hand. Support the day-to-day credit control function. Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment history. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and account managers to ensure timely resolution of payment issues. Contacting customers regularly to ensure payment within terms.



The Candidate:





Excellent communication skills, confident in liaising with customers via phone and email. Experience within a busy finance team. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail. Good work ethic and a positive team player.
