In this role you'll be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices whilst resolving queries over the phone and via email, ensuring all tasks are done within a timely manner and accurately to meet targets.

Every day you will...
Log agency invoice queries and feedback to agencies on required corrective action
Produce monthly statement reconciliations for secondary agencies ensuring supplier accounts are up to date
Prepare payroll input data for internal/external payroll providers across multiple trusts, taking a proactive approach in correcting pay fails
Administer and configure rates on our relevant systems within appropriate governance and sign off
