St Aubyn's School is seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join our Business Support team in January. The anticipated hours for this role are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Wednesday, and it is a year-round role. Other working patterns, for example working four shorter days, Monday to Thursday, may be considered.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of payroll and financial systems and controls
Experience of small business accounting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word and Excel
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative, paying a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, and ideally AAT Level 2 or above.
