Finance Administrator

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our finance team, with responsibilities including:
Managing our busy team inbox, responding to internal and external queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Recording and maintaining accurate customer purchase terms, ensuring agreements are communicated clearly.
Handling incoming calls and providing first-class support to colleagues and customers alike.
Preparing and issuing customer contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are correct and deals are signed promptly.
Supporting the department with a variety of evolving tasks as the team grows and takes on new responsibilities.

Solid working knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Excel
