Job Descripion Finance Administrator

We are seeking a Finance Administrator who is enthusiastic, determined, hardworking and passionate about their role, to join our team!

Kinvara Private Hospital is a modern, boutique private hospital in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The hospital serves the population of South Yorkshire and beyond, and is easily accessed via train, M1 and M18.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, key duties include:

Collating and preparing the financial data of the hospital

Reviewing commercial information

Ensuring the financial processes and systems are followed

Account reconciliations

Communicating financial information to necessary stakeholders

Report preparation

Invoice management support

Invoicing third parties and chasing outstanding payments

Assisting in the completion of management accounts.

Ad hoc projects

Currently working or looking to work towards a finance or accountancy qualification

Essential Skills

Strong computer skills and high competence with Microsoft Excel

Organisational and time management skills

Thorough attention to detail

Analytical thinking and skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team

Professional attitude and confidential behaviour

Desirable

Experience using accounting software such as Xero

IT GCSE at grade A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2

Experience within the Healthcare industry

Job details

Job Type: Part time, office based, 15-22.5hrs per week, Bank position also available.
