We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial decision-making process within the organisation. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Monitor cash flow and assist in managing accounts receivable and payable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing of financial documents.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
Requirements
Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Xero.
A keen attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members across the organisation.
