Heathrow is also one of the largest commercial landlords in the UK, providing 1.4m sqm of accommodation to over 280 tenants.
As a finance analyst, you'll support the financial strategy for this high-performing function -- partnering directly with the Property leadership team to shape commercial decisions, drive performance, and unlock growth across the property portfolio.
Acting as a partner to the Property leadership team and asset managers, aligning financial planning with business strategy and operational priorities
Managing financial performance by identifying risks and opportunities, and driving actions to maximise value
Providing insightful advice to support investment decisions, commercial initiatives and growth opportunities
Reporting financial performance and providing management insight on results and implications for the outlook
Driving the strategic budgeting and long-term planning process, securing buy in from stakeholders, and ensuring it reflects business realities and future ambition
Fully/Part Qualified Accountant or QBE experience
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and build trusted relationships
A commercial mindset, with experience in a commercially focused finance role and a track record of driving business performance
Proven experience supporting investment appraisals and developing robust business cases
Confidence with large data sets, advanced analytics or data science techniques to enhance strategic decision making would be advantageous
