CC Ground Investigations are an established site investigation contractor based in Gloucester. We have over 20 years' experience in delivering successful, high-quality projects of all sizes to a wide variety of clients.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our support team for the role of Finance and Office Assistant. The role will be based from our office in Innsworth, Gloucester.
This is a varied role assisting both the Office Manager and Financial Controller in day-to-day tasks including administration of purchase ledger and our accounts package, purchase order system and supplier database. It will also include some reception duties.
Essential skills required:
At CC Ground we use a variety of cloud software systems (Xero and Zahara) and whilst experience of either would be highly desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided. However, essential skills required in this role:
Experience of working in an office environment and able to demonstrate an understanding of accounts
Self-motivated and resourceful
A sound understanding of IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office
Time management and organisational skills
The highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
Effective written and verbal communication skills
