The Finance and Administration Assistant supports the work of the Finance, Payroll and Administration Teams at the heart of the Grayton business. The role will encompass day to day bookkeeping tasks, support for the processing of weekly payroll and the undertaking of business administrative requirements.

Working with Sage50
Working with our Job Costing System - training will be provided
Credit Control
Managing Aged Creditors/Debtors
Entering/Posting Invoices
Creating Payment Runs
VAT Return Checks
Update and Maintain Fixed Asset Register
Payroll Checks
Other Adhoc duties as required
The Ideal candidate:
Experience of Accounting Software
Excellent attention to detail
Great organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as with others
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Admin Experience
An understanding of the CIS scheme is desirable but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
