We are seeking a hard working, professional person to join our GP Practice as a Finance and HR Administrator.
The Finance and HR Administrator role is a new role to the practice, designed to support the Practice Manager in the processing and administration of the financial management and HR functions of the practice.
You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure that all finance and HR documentation is processed and maintained to a high standard, in a timely manner and in accordance with practice policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
The ideal applicant will have a background in finance or bookkeeping, preferably for a small business but, more importantly should
-Have a proactive, professional approach to work with the ability to work autonomously and to a high standard
-Demonstrate high levels of discretion and integrity as well as understanding the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive workplace information
-Possess excellent administrative skills with a proven track record of working with complex numeric and financial concepts.
The role is expected to require approximately 10-15 hours per week which will be worked across fixed hours. However, there is a high degree of flexibility in both days and timings as to when these hours are worked.
In return, we offer a FTE salary of 32,000 (based on 37.5 hours) as well as membership of the NHS pension scheme.
The role is based entirely at the practice and you will be working alongside a team of administrators.
