About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance and Office Manager to join our Team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
Reporting to the Financial Director, the Finance and Office Manager will be responsible for financial management, administrative tasks, office operations, support of purchase and sales ledger staff, communication and compliance.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for ensuring all costs are paid on time and managing the Company's cash flow
Overseeing all ledger accounts, including reconciliation of supplier accounts and supplier payments
Managing the office budget, reviewing invoices and handling expenses
Assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
Assisting with stock control and management
Evaluation of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
Ensuring the office compliance with regulations, standards and policies
Support with building maintenance and management of utilities
Ad-hoc office tasks and financial insights as requested by senior management
Qualifications and Person Specification:
Experience in a management role preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Confident and professional in dealing with all aspects of financial management
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards
Remuneration/Benefits
Salary 35,000-40,000 per annum pro-rata
