Finance and Staff Team Administrator



9am - 3pm - Monday to Wednesday (18 hours) 26,000 pro rota



Ideally candidate with finance background / use of Xero / Payroll background would be desirable

Good administration and organisational skills

Answering phones call Scanning all documents onto personnel / client files Administration for the RM Monitoring, recording sickness and non attendance Management of Mentor Team Creation of weekly invoicing and working on Xero Credit control of any outstanding monies Recording purchase ledger and suppliers Ordering of office sundries Processing of four weekly payroll information Overseeing all mileage and expenses for clients and staff Compliance and Monthly audits management Assisting with training and training weeks Assisting with staff events, staff matters, awards and initiatives Interviewing and Review administration Social Media for staff team Weekday On call: Monday Night or Tuesday Night may include Wellbeing Assistant duties
