The Role: As an Accounts Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance department. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised finance qualification. Full training for the role will be provided and encouraged.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, such as processing invoices and payments. Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and updating financial spreadsheets. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Assisting with payroll administration and related tasks. Undertaking general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the finance department. Liaising with other departments on financial issues.

Requirements (but not all essential):

A strong interest in finance and accounting. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: 6.40-11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
