About the Role
We are seeking to appoint to the role of Finance Assistant Apprentice.
As a member of the Finance and Contracts Team, this role is integral to YPO's Finance function, providing a range of administrative support services which may include activities such as dealing with customer and supplier queries, processing of customer payments and matching of supplier invoices.

Course Overview
This apprenticeship is for individuals wishing to pursue a career in Accounting and/or Finance through the combination of actual employment and the achievement of nationally recognised qualifications.
The majority of your skills and knowledge will be developed through your employer and the job that you do. This will be complemented and supported by your planned training programme incorporating attendance on the College's courses in Accounting and Functional Skills.
All learning must be recorded to demonstrate you are achieving at least 20% of your working week to off the job learning, a requirement of the apprenticeship. This will be discussed and agreed with you and your employer at the start of the apprenticeship.

About You
As YPO continues to expand, we are looking for a positive-minded individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the , we seek someone who has:
4 GCSEs in Mathematics, English Language and 2 others (Grade 4 and above)
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational and time keeping skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in order to achieve targets
Good IT knowledge with the ability to use MS Office products to produce documentation
