About Us:

Located in Mattishall, approximately 12 miles southwest of Norwich, our practice serves over 8,700 registered patients. We also operate a branch surgery in Lenwade, about 7 miles north of Mattishall. Our practice is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to excellence in primary care services.

Role Overview:

As a Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. This position is ideal for a suitably qualified and experienced individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Assist with budgeting and financial reporting Process invoices, payments, and payroll Liaise with external accountants and auditors Support the practice manager with financial planning and analysis

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a finance assistant or bookkeeping role Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and ability to work independently
