Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to recruit a
Finance Assistant
to join their growing Finance team. This is an excellent
entry-level opportunity
for a recent graduate with an Accounting & Finance degree who also brings strong customer service experience.
This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in finance, gain hands-on experience, and develop quickly within a supportive and structured team environment.
The Role
Working closely with the Finance Manager, Finance Team Supervisor, and wider business teams (Medical Administration, Commercial and Customer Service), you will support the day-to-day finance function, including:
High-volume invoice processing
Payment allocations and reconciliations
Handling customer queries via email and telephone
Liaising with internal teams on finance-related queries
Supporting general finance administration and reporting
You can expect

You'll be working closely with both the finance function and wider operational teams on a daily basis.
Requirements
Recent graduate with a degree in
Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Strong customer service background
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Eager to learn, develop and progress within finance
Able to work well as part of a team and independently
