As a

Finance Assistant

your role will be to support the Finance team in achieving effective management of resources, proper accountability, control and compliance

with statutory obligations and corporate standards. This will include working closely with internal colleagues to ensure the correct accounting treatment has been applied to income and expenditure transactions, reconciling daily income receipts, maintaining the current structure of the financial system and its users (IRIS / PSF), assisting the Purchase Ledger Clerk in their absence.

Other ad hoc duties will be applied where required. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work outside of specific core hours if required on an ad-hoc basis.

Potential for this role to include study support to enable completion of AAT Qualification. Suitable salary would be applied once AAT Level 4 has been gained and job role re-assed.
