About the Role


Crystalight Ltd are seeking a proactive

Part Time

Finance Assistant

to support our busy accounts team. You'll handle day-to-day finance tasks, ensure accurate records, and keep our property and investment business running smoothly.

What You'll Do



Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in Xero Manage multiple finance inboxes and supplier queries Prepare debtors/creditors reports and monthly reconciliations Support month-end journals and credit card reconciliations Handle utilities, council tax bills, and tenancy sub-meter invoices

What We're Looking For



1+ years' experience with Xero Accounting Software Confident with Excel, Outlook & Word Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Salary: 25,000-26,500 (pro-rata, DOE) Supportive, friendly team environment Office-based role, Monday-Friday (part-time hours)
