About Almond Care



Almond Care is a leading provider of homecare services for individuals with complex healthcare needs, look after children and supported living. We are seeking a part time finance assist to work 8 to 12 hours per week, in the finance team.

Key Responsibilities



As a Finance Assistant, you will be:

Processing Invoices Creating and allocating invoices Reconciling expenses through budgets Reconciling Expenditure Processing receipts Assisting with payroll preparation Work alongside our existing team Helping to ensure that our accounts are managed efficiently.

Key Requirements



1-year minimum experience working within a financial environment Must have bookkeeping experience. Experience with purchase ledgers and accounts payable Have an understanding of credit control Strong numeracy and literacy skills Experience working with Microsoft Packages Ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail Must have management accounts experience
