Job Description
One of the UK\'s fastest growing Real Estate organisations is recruiting a Finance Business Partner as they continue to grow and take on new developments. We\'re looking for a qualified accountant with strong financial modelling and business partnering skills. The role is based in Bristol on a hybrid basis. This company is also known for having a great work/life balance.
Being the key interface between development projects and finance, you will deliver commercial finance support and performance management on major projects. Other responsibilities will include:
- Project evaluation, providing financial and commercial advice, support and modelling for projects
- Partner with wider finance team to asses suitability of development and JV partners
- Run sensitivity and scenario analysis on projects
- Drive financial performance by delivering insightful MI
- Deliver timely, clear and accurate cash flow forecasting
- Budgeting, forecasting and business planning
- Support the maintenance and management of systems
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Ideally experience in Real Estate / Construction / Development / Property / Engineering / Infrastructure sector
- Ideally experience with joint ventures
- Very strong financial modelling skills
- Strong communication skills
- You may come from Corporate Finance and worked with real estate
