Key Responsibilities:Producing all Group Capex Periodic Reports. Ensuring Group Post Investment Appraisal requirements are completed. Assist in the production of reports and presentations for the Capital Committee meeting held by the ExCo. Ensuring we have an accurate and up to date picture of all Capital Spend for both owned and 'Right of Use' Assets and for forward commitments/phasing within the Group. Calculate the European Capex 'Goods Received Not Invoiced' values for inclusion on the Capex Tracker, and send to Finance Managers to post a journal in their Management Accounts. Ensuring Post Investment Appraisal (PIA) reviews are conducted across the Group in a timely and effective manner. To assist in the critical review of PIAs and ensure all lessons learnt are captured for future projects, regardless of Division. To provide support and analysis to the Central Services Leadership group and Trading Divisions for Capex/Lease Projects and ad-hoc requests. To review Capex additions to ensure compliance with Group policies on appropriate treatment of Assets, Revex, Lease compliance, Commitment/Cash Controls etc. Provide Adhoc Capex analysis to ExCo or Senior Management, including for the 5yr Capital Expenditure Plan or other decision making needs. To be the initial contact for the external auditors in matters relating to Capex Approvals/Management. To be the Finance Systems Subject Matter Expert for SAP (as key User Capex) and Capital Expenditure Control) for the Divisions and the wider Finance community. Assist in the Group Services and Supply Chain reporting processes ensuring accurate and timely submission for group consolidation each month. Business Partner and provide finance support to the Executive Leadership Team (when required), Divisions, Senior Management and Central Budget Holders aiding the decision making process. Delivery of timely and accurate Management information to drive efficiencies throughout the business. Assist in the accurate delivery of the Group Services and Supply Chain Budget and Forecast process throughout the year. Responsible for adhering to key business controls in order to minimise the risk of the provision of inaccurate financial information. Maintain current service levels of reporting (daily, weekly and month end activities) and continually improve to meet increasing business demands and stakeholder expectations. Continuous improvement and the standardisation of relative finance processes. Manage expectations of key stakeholders ensuring clear communication as to responsibilities, timescales and output. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times due to the nature and sensitivity of data reported. Assist in the Half Year and Year End External Audit.

Technical Competencies & Qualifications:Part Qualified to Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA). Financial Reporting experience in an International FMCG Manufacturing environment. Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting processes linked to Group Services and Supply Chain. Understanding of statutory, legal and fiscal requirements relating to the reporting of Group Services, Capex and Supply Chain. Experience of the month end close including relative transactions, activities and processes. Experience in Finance Business Partnering. Experience in the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Change Management. Experience in Governance and Control. Experience in presenting Management information to both Finance and Non Finance stakeholders.
