Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: London, Hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office
We are hiring a Finance Business Partner to join our Group FP&A team based in our London office. This is an exciting opportunity to support BSI's Finance and Property & Facilities Management (PFM) functions, managing an annual cost base of over 65 million.
You will partner directly with functional leadership and the Head of FP&A to deliver strategic goals, drive operational efficiency, and provide insightful analysis to influence decision-making at the highest levels. This role will suit someone with strong commercial acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to challenge and guide senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and PFM leadership teams, delivering clear, data-led insights to drive accountability and cost control. Lead financial reporting and commentary for monthly reviews, including KPIs, risks, and opportunities. Deliver accurate forecasts, financial plans, and monthly outturns with robust modelling and strategic alignment. Support development of the long-range (3-5 year) strategic plan, ensuring relevance to business needs, internal and external factors, and scenario modelling. Build strong partnerships across global finance teams, including local regions, FBS, and Corporate Centre.

About You:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong FP&A experience. Skilled in business performance reporting, forecasting, and KPI development. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing through data-led insights. Excellent analytical and narrative skills - able to turn complex metrics into actionable strategies. Experienced in ERP systems (preferably SAP), Excel, and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Highly organised, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
