Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Business Partner will assist the finance function of the business, participate in a wide range of finance projects and assist senior stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate enjoys working with precision in a fast-paced environment, has a hands-on, can-do attitude, and a desire to learn from and improve processes and teams. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiate change, to ensure key Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information and supporting decision-making with data and insight. Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance. Identify and measure key success drivers. Support the preparation of business plans, budgets, forecasts and departmental analysis. Support the preparation of internal monthly management reporting packs, annual statutory reporting (including UKGAAP and IFRS) and assist with ad-hoc management and headquarters requirements. Ensure the business remains up to date and compliant with relevant legislation including latest accounting standards, VAT, corporation tax, across a range of legal and accounting jurisdictions, across different regions (US, Poland and Spain). Review cash management information, making cash forecasts and ensuring good treasury and foreign exchange exposure management. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including the management accounting team, senior management, operations teams, finance teams. Manage a team of three from different seniority levels, owning their weekly workload and regular catch ups.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualified or Part Qualified Management Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, AAT level 4, or equivalent), or at least 7 years' experience in a broad management accounts role. Qualified to degree level or above. Strong UK GAAP experience and understanding of application of accounting standards. IFRS exposure preferred but not essential.
