CitySprint have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Clerk to join our team in London. You will support the Finance Supervisor (Non-Direct) to ensuring that all Non-Direct Supplier invoices are efficiently and accurately processed in line with business processes and the companys commercial needs within your specific business remit. As a successful Finance Clerk, you will positively contribute to the success of the Finance Team allocated to within your specific business remit (None Directs). You will support the end-to-end process of reconciling third party agent costs in line with the internal processes, raising queries internally and to the relevant Third-party Supplier through to the end reconciliation approval. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Has a strong understanding of the of None Direct supplier processes in a high volume environment.
Good working knowledge of NDI and agent cost allocation
Strong verbal & written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
Ability to build successful/strong stakeholders relationships across all functions.
Pro-actively reviews and monitors ways of working to ensure best practice and streamline processes to maximise efficiency.
Previous experience of working with Non-Direct supplier accounts is an advantage.
Previous experience and working knowledge of NDI & ThirdParty Agents practices is an advantage.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
