We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Clerk to join our team in hospitality. The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring accurate, high-quality reporting to support financial decisions and to provide accounting support to operational teams, as well as to Directors.
The position is self-employed for approximately 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to your existing commitments. 20/hour.
Duties include:
Accurately processing and maintaining all necessary records, including Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger invoices, expenses, credit cards and other transactions in accordance with the month end timetable across multiple companies.
Provide detailed analysis to allow decisions and forecasts for the businesses.
Collate p&l reports for each event and venue.
Support spend analysis reports to assist with budget setting.
Support the testing of new processes and procedures
