The Role
The Finance Co-ordinator will support and assist with providing high quality, timely, comprehensive financial management accounting information to all budget holders and departments within Hillcrest.

• This is an exciting opportunity within Hillcrest for the right person to assist with the effective delivery of finance information and management accounting information across the organisation.
• We are looking for a candidate who can deliver strong outcomes and measurable results.
• You will need to be able to co-operate with internal teams, work collaboratively, and provide hands on solutions.
• Assistance and support with the preparation of Management accounts, Statutory accounts and Annual Budgets. Data extraction and analysis to ensure accurate allocation and attribution of transactions including variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.
• Responsible for the preparation of services charges and 3rd party leases across the organisation.

• You will have had experience of preparing and reporting financial information and analysis in a timely manner to ensure this included in detailed management accounts.
• You will be experienced in Microsoft excel and have experience of analysing large data sets and reporting on such.
