About the role



As Finance Data Manager, you'll lead the way in harnessing our data tools, automating processes, and enabling smarter, more efficient financial reporting and data modelling. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we use technology and data to support our growth, working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that make a real impact.

You'll be joining a team that's embracing change, with a variety of projects on the horizon and a genuine appetite for innovation. If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be at the heart of our financial data strategy, this is the role for you.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:



Leading the adoption and optimisation of data tools (including Tableau) to automate and enhance reporting processes. Managing and developing a small team of analysts, supporting their growth and performance. Collaborating with stakeholders to assess current processes and design future solutions. Delivering key projects to consolidate reporting and improve data accessibility. Championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team.

What we're looking for



You're a knowledgeable data specialist with a strong background in finance change & transformation, ready to take ownership and drive change. You thrive in environments where you can set strategy, influence outcomes, and work collaboratively to deliver results. Above all, you're motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact.

You'll also be able to demonstrate:

Experience in change management and process improvement within a finance environment Expertise in data analysis and modelling, with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel and Tableau Ideally some knowledge of coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) and a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively A proactive, self-managing approach, with the confidence to lead and inspire others

The package



We offer a basic starting salary of

up to 65,000

, plus a bonus of up to

4,600

. We also offer

25 days holiday as standard
