We're a fast-growing team of innovative thinkers based in Shoreditch, and we're looking for a hands-on

Management Accountant

to help build an exceptional internal finance function as we scale in the UK and US.

The Role:

You'll support our CFO in transitioning from an outsourced finance model to a streamlined in-house capability. This is a broad and rewarding role for someone confident with end-to-end finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping and management accounting (Xero) Monthly entity & consolidated accounts (UK and US) Invoicing, credit control, AP, reconciliations - average 10 sales invoices / 60 purchase invoices per month VAT submissions, tax compliance, commission calculations Budgeting, forecasting, cash management Investor reporting and audit support Driving finance process improvements

What We're Looking For:

Part-qualified/newly qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience Proficient in

Xero

and

Excel

(lookups, pivot tables) Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Experience in a startup/SME preferred Bonus: Knowledge of US financial reporting
