We're looking for a Finance & Operations Administrator to join our friendly, professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin and finance skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Complete daily cash banking and reconciliations
Process supplier invoices and complete statement reconciliations
Manage franchise communications and general office administration
Support HR processes and maintain organised filing systems
Assist Financial Controller with month-end accounts and provide payroll cover when required
Contribute to other finance and operational duties as needed
Skills & Experience
Previous office administration experience
Confident using accountancy systems
Bookkeeping and payroll experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
