Job Description


Practicing a people management style that encourages learning from others, knowledge sharing and self-development, our newly created role for a Finance Operations Manager will be pivotal in ensuring that the team are fully-supported to provide high-quality financial support across the organisation.

Alongside your people management skills, you will also be experienced in key financial areas such as sales ledger, debt collection and purchase ledger. Working cohesively with both the Deputy and Head of Finance, you will work to improve processes and efficiency to help deliver accurate and timely results.

Based across our two key sites, with hybrid working options available, this is a full-time, permanent role, with fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and grow within an evolving financial department.

About you:

  • A people leader\xe2\x80\xa6with a real passion for creating a knowledge sharing and supportive working culture.
  • A finance whizz\xe2\x80\xa6prior experience in an accounting environment with strong working knowledge of month-end, audit, sales and purchase ledger processes is essential.
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or AAT qualified
  • IT savvy!
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with your team and the wider departments.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
