Job Description


My client is a very passionate international health organisation. At present they are looking to recruit an interim Director of Finance & Operations to support them during the transition between permanent postholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take overall leadership of the accounting function including transactional processing, business partnering and financial reporting.
  • Lead on the annual business planning cycle, providing strategic financial support to the board.
  • Embed a true team culture within the finance unit, ensuring balanced workloads, personal development and colleague engagement are at the highest levels
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a track record of working in the charity sector. With substantive experience in financial planning and business partnering, you will possess excellent communication skills and be able to convey complex financial information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
