MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

D365 F&O consultant who will use their expertise and experience for functional tasks based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect

to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. The role requires a blend of functional finance expertise, solution architecture skills, and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Show expertise in any or several of the D365FO functional areas including Finance, Manufacturing, SCM, Trade and Logistics, Transport, Project Operations, Project Accounting, Budgeting, HR, Procurement, WMS, Advanced Warehouse, Retail

Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting

Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables

Support the delivery team during design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables

Support the delivery team to comprehend business problems, develop solutions & implement them through in-platform configuration

Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing

Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation

Involvement in pre-sales activities, delivery of estimation and client presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

ERP Expertise

8+ years of experience in ERP solution design, with at least 4+ years in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&SCM). Strong knowledge of core finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Experience with global implementations, multi-currency, and multi-entity consolidation.

Architecture & Integration

Proven ability to design solution architecture in large-scale enterprise environments. Experience integrating D365 Finance with Azure services, Power Platform, third-party financial systems, and banking APIs. Knowledge of security roles, compliance frameworks, and licensing models.

Business & Functional Skills

Solid understanding of finance processes, IFRS/GAAP standards, and corporate reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate. Microsoft Certified: Solution Architect Expert (Dynamics 365 + Power Platform)
