Post Title: Finance and Support Administrator

Department: Finance Section: Member Finance and Support

Reporting to: Member Finance and Support Manager

Location: Head Office based in Horsham, with some travel throughout the UK

Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Main Function of Role:



To process and reconcile provider statements and carry out general office duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



1. To print daily bank statements.

2. To process EDI's, SED and manual statements.

3. To perform daily Revenue run.

4. To handle member telephone and email Revenue queries without supervision.

5. To record all daily statements received onto statement control.

6. To scan all provider statements received in post/email etc.

7. To index scanned statements.

8. To process bank provider cheques weekly.

1. To promote and always work towards In Partnership's policy of delivery of Client Best Interest outcomes.

2. To assist the wider team and business with your knowledge on an ad hoc basis where business needs require.

3. To always ensure adherence to the In Partnership suite of policy and procedures, with distinct regard and compliance with the Conflict-of-Interest Policy and Inducement and Incentive policy.

4. To take responsibility for own performance and to identify personal development areas.

5. Assist the wider team and business with your knowledge on an ad hoc basis where business needs require.

6. Ensure awareness and compliance of regulatory responsibilities and ensuring that the consumer outcomes are at the core of our focus in all work we do.

7. To maintain continual professional development and skills.

8. To ensure adherence at all times to the principles of data protection and to the OPGL policies on such matters.

Skills / Qualifications



Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for numbers is key
Good keyboard skills with confidence in Word, Excel, and Database applications

Good communication skills

Up to date knowledge of financial services providers and products would be useful

Good all-round education, including Maths and English GCSE.

Ability to work on own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team; however, even more importantly is the willingness to adopt a flexible approach to the work undertaken.
