Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Team Manager to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and accounting principles, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Finance Manger will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Duties

Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, and records in accordance with accounting standards Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections Utilise accounting software Netsuite for efficient financial management Oversee budgeting processes and monitor expenditures against budgetary constraints Provide mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional development in financial services Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for audits Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on financial performance and operational efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience in a previous role at this level Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is highly desirable
