Finance Transformation Lead - External Reporting

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Transformation Lead specialising in External Reporting to support a strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the design and delivery of robust reporting solutions that meet both global and local statutory requirements. A deep understanding of international regulatory frameworks--including IFRS and local GAAPs--is essential.

Key Responsibilities;
Lead the understanding for the current SAP design and processes Accountable for understanding the capabilities of S4 HANA and the elements that will add value Lead in your specialist finance area for the design of S4 modules Lead the testing of S4 HANA finance modules Accountable for the re-design of processes within Finance to align with the capabilities of S4 HANA Lead on the creation of training documentation Accountable for training delivery to Finance colleagues Facilitate workshops and meetings with SAP, the implementation partner, Project team and other stakeholders




The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a functional lead, with hands-on ownership of the end-to-end external reporting process. They will have experience of being accountable for delivering compliant, accurate outputs on schedule, while engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
