Join Our Team as an Accountant!

Are you ready to take your accounting skills to the next level in a dynamic business environment? We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance team and help drive organisational success!

What You'll Do:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts to ensure financial statements meet regulatory and accounting standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify cost movements within the business.

Get hands-on with month-end processes, working closely with Accounts Receivable and Payable teams, managing accruals/prepayments, and reconciling intercompany balances.

Take charge of VAT and Plastic Tax returns, plus government reporting for all legal entities.

Dive into analysis, reporting on spending variances and identifying areas for process improvement.

Work side-by-side with operations to compile and review monthly spending trends.

Engage in project work and ad-hoc analyses that help streamline the business.

Recommend and implement innovative improvements to accounting processes.

What We're Looking For:

ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent recognised accounting qualification, and a relevant degree or finance qualification.

Experience with automated accounting systems, Excel, IT, and Oracle (or similar ERP).

Passion for continuous improvement and results-driven initiatives.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and administrative skills.

Flexibility to tackle multiple projects and routine responsibilities.

Experience in cross-functional teams, acquisitions/integrations, and expanding accounting functions to new regions is a bonus!

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
