Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled
Financial Accountant
to join our Financial accounting team in
London
where you will have exposure to Tax and Financial Reporting. The role includes responsibility for PSA calculations and analysis, Partner accounting, Provisions and Forex revaluation. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, especially Group Tax, ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable end-to-end processes.
Proactively seek to identify risks, proposing mitigations and solutions.
Preparation of monthly balance sheet/system reconciliations, ensuring all outstanding items are cleared and corrective actions undertaken.
Accounting for partners: calculating partners interest & accruals; B Capital & Waterfall and maintain the appropriate reconciliations and to work closely with Payroll and Tax team.
Preparation of PSA calculations and liaise with the Tax team.
Provisions (IAS 37) and Forex revaluations (IAS 21)
Key Skills and Experience
Tax and Financial accounting experience is required
Effective use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Knowledge of Netsuite and TM1 desirable
Professional Qualifications and Education
Qualified/Part-qualified Accountant
