Financial Accounting Manager Global Services Group
Location: Hybrid (Glasgow area)

Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for statutory reporting and financial governance? Our global client in the services sector is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to join their high-performing finance team.
This is a key role within a dynamic, international business, offering the opportunity to lead on statutory reporting, manage audit processes, and support global financial compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for multiple UK entities in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Manage the external audit process, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support SOX reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to support group reporting and consolidation.
• Drive process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives.

About You:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ICAS preferred, or equivalent such as ACCA/CIMA).
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Proven experience in statutory reporting and audit management within a large or complex organisation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
