Duties

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations Utilize advanced financial software to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision and clarity Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements across all financial activities Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits to ensure smooth processes and accurate reporting Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize financial processes for maximum efficiency Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Experience

Proven experience in managing corporate or organizational financial accounts with a track record of accuracy and compliance Extensive knowledge of financial software applications such as SAP, Oracle Financials, QuickBooks or similar platforms Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and regulatory standards relevant to the organization's operations Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience in preparing detailed financial reports for senior management or stakeholders
