Sandford House Financial Planning are a small family run business. As the result of our continued growth we are seeking an organised, proactive individual to help support our growth plans.

We provide services tailored to the individual needs of limited company directors, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. Role Description



This is initially a part-time position (approx 20hrs) but with the option of becomming a full-time hybrid role. We are seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant, located in Sandford but with the flexibility to work from home on certain days after a successful probation period. You will be responsible for managing administrative processes, handling billing and invoicing, assisting with financial tasks, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications



Proficiency in Administrative Processes and Administrative Assistance Basic understanding of Finance Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in financial services is a plus Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Whilst we strive to provide our clients with an excellent service offering, in at times a pressurised environment, we can offer a relaxed working environment in the heart of the north Somerset countryside. You will need to be office based initially, but there will be the option of some remote working once a successful probation period has been completed.

There are fantastic opportunities to progress into a para-planning or advisory role should you wish to, although there is no pressure to if you are more at home in an administrative function.

You will be at ease working in close quarters with the company Principal, and supporting the needs of the business, which can change quickly, providing the opportunity of a diverse job. It is really important that you can think on your feet, work under pressure, whilst maintaing accuracy of client information and relevant data.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
