Job Description

The Financial Analyst & Administration Support reports to the Finance Manager.

The Financial Analyst & Administration Support supports the Finance Manager, Operations Manager and the Engineering Team in the following fields:

Financial Controlling and Reporting

Project Calculations / Quotations

Keeping the Fixed asset register and depreciation calculations updated.

Project Controlling with the relevant key-performance-indicators

Managing the procurement process considering supportive documentation process, costs, quality and delivery date

Keeping the supplier database up-to-date and preparing supplier reviews / reports on a regular basis

Organising / scheduling the regular site / facility services coordinated with the Manufacturing / Operations Manager

Organising / scheduling the regular IT services coordinated with the Finance and Operations

Responsibilities in details



Financial controlling and Reporting:



Reporting throughout the existing ERP-system (Progress+) for: the monthly reporting and project performance reports Supporting on Financial Forecasts on a monthly /quarterly basis on Excel

Project Calculations / Quotations / Controlling / Fixed asset register:



Generate project performance reviews Supporting on project quotations Keep the quotation database and the process updated

Procurement Process / Management:



Supplier Relations and Procurement Manage the procurement process from Engineering or Operations specification onward Manage the supplier database - generate supplier reviews / reports Prepare and initiate supplier audit / negotiations

Site / IT / Project Specific:



Manage maintenance process for site / IT with initiative and support from Finance and Operations Support Stock Control Analysing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-saving

The key requirements are:



We expect a work experience in this environment of 5-10 years.

Previous accounts experience essential.

Experience of Sage preferred.

Experience with ERP-system (preferrable Progress +) required.

Strong numerical skills

Excellent knowledge Excel.

Importantly - an enjoyment for finance and figures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Personable and professional

You will be working as part of small team so you must be happy to help with answering the telephones and assisting with customers as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-37,000.00 per year
