Business Partnering with the Consulting within IFS with main responsibility for reporting, forecasting costs

Driving processes to improve data quality and shorten review cycle and support decision making process

Support with the closing process per local entity, market Unit, Region and Group

Support the MU and Regional leadership team in making strategic business decisions by providing them with the financial insight required

Proactively identify barriers to success in obtaining data in a timely manner, working closely within finance and operations

Other support to support business within FP&A activities

Qualifications

Skills:

Ability to show attention to detail while working with large volumes of data, but also be able to step back and see \'the big picture\'

Ability to deliver in a fast pace, transformational environment driving change and continuous improvement with a positive attitude and critical mindset

Ability to work under pressure and capable of managing numerous work streams at once

Excellent communication with stakeholders and management, with good interpersonal skills

Highly flexible and collaborative personality

Essential experience/qualification:

At least 2 years in a similar role, within either a large international IT or manufacturing/pharmaceutical environment (software technology strongly preferred)

Preferable Accounting Qualification in either ACA, ACCA or CIMA with at least 2 years PQE

Strong excel skills (inc. power pivots)

University degree-educated, preferably in the field of business administration, engineering or mathematics (or equivalent training or work experience)

Fluent in English language
