Job Summary:

The Financial Controller will oversee the development and management of business incentives and Compliance. This role is essential for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and cultivating a high-performance culture across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee sales incentives and after-sales services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage and establish new branch operations, including operational tools, operations inventory management, furniture and machine procurement and vendor management. Collaborate with branch managers to optimise operational practices and elevate the customer experience. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures for all branches. Serve as Compliance Manager, leading internal audits and ensuring all audit and compliance activities are conducted effectively. Design and implement impactful business incentive programs that drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align strategies and maximize the effectiveness of incentive programs. Continuously evaluate and refine incentive structures based on market trends and performance metrics. Analyse sales data and incentive outcomes to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements. Provide training and development opportunities to strengthen team skills and performance to achieving business objectives and enhancing service delivery. Maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and OEMs, particularly in inventory management, to support business growth.

Qualifications:

CPA Qualified Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of proven Financial Controller on UK dealership or relevant business Strong understanding of FCA regulations and all UK compliance requirements. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive effective change.
