Job Description
This Financial Controller / Head of Finance role is a key position within the Accounting & Finance department of this leading consumer business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial guidance and driving financial performance.
- Overseeing all financial operations within the business.
- Providing strategic financial guidance and insight.
- Managing and developing the finance team.
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Driving financial performance and growth.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Managing budgets and forecasts.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- A strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- A competitive salary range of xc2xa370,000 - xc2xa385,000
