Salary: Up to 370k + Bonus + Benefits
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, senior leadership role offering both strategic influence and operational responsibility. Youll lead a small in-house finance team and manage outsourced credit control, reporting directly to the MD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress toward a Finance Director role.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Champion the use of technology to enhance finance operations and customer/supplier interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and fiscal requirements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) with proven experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong background in B2C, scale-up, or high-growth environments.
• Passion for technology and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
