Minimal is developing the operating system for efficient urban logistics - integrating micromobility vehicles, fleet software, and infrastructure to make city goods movement radically more efficient.

The Role

We're hiring a Financial Controller to build and lead Minimal's finance function as we prepare for scale. You'll create strong financial systems, maintain rigorous controls, and play a central role in fundraising and strategic decision-making.


This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both operational detail and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, and tax Manage payables, receivables, payroll, and internal controls Build robust financial models for forecasting and planning Deliver actionable insights to leadership and the board Align ERP and inventory data with financial reporting Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence Manage governance of grants, credits, and share schemes

Experience Required

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) 3+ years in finance roles within high-growth or product-based businesses Experience in ERP systems, inventory management, and manufacturing finance Strong financial modelling and cashflow analysis skills Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively
